3. Service Requests

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Quotes and Pricing
Project pricing may depend on factors including:

- Turnaround time

- Project volume
- Required revisions
- 3D/CAD design requirements
A quotation provided by Next Retouch may apply only to the specific project and requirements described in that quotation.
Additional work or changes outside the original scope may result in additional charges.
6. Free Trial or Test Images
Next Retouch may offer free trial or test editing to new clients at its discretion.
A trial is intended to demonstrate our editing quality and help us understand the client's requirements.
Free trials do not guarantee that the same pricing, turnaround time, or service conditions will apply to future projects.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be communicated to the client before or during the project.
Depending on the project, Next Retouch may require:
- Full payment before starting
- Partial or advance payment
- Payment after completion
- Milestone-based payments
- Other agreed payment arrangements
For larger projects, bulk orders, or recurring services, Next Retouch may require an advance payment before beginning production.
Work may be paused if an agreed payment is overdue.
8. Delivery and Turnaround Time
Turnaround time depends on the number of images, complexity of the project, required quality, and client instructions.
For standard image retouching projects, Next Retouch may provide an estimated delivery window. Large, complex, or bulk projects may require additional time.
Any estimated delivery time is an estimate unless a specific delivery deadline has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
Delays may occur because of:
- Additional client requirements
- Late feedback
- Changes to instructions
- Technical problems
- Large project volumes
- File-transfer problems
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
9. Revisions
Next Retouch aims to deliver work according to the client's instructions and reference materials.
Reasonable revisions related to the original project requirements may be provided according to the agreement for that project.
A revision may be considered additional work when it involves:
- Completely different editing instructions
- New images
- A change in the original creative direction
- Additional editing outside the original quotation
- Major changes after client approval
- Work caused by incomplete or incorrect instructions
Additional charges may apply to substantial revisions.
10. Client Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing delivered files and confirming that the work meets their requirements.
Once a client approves the final work, Next Retouch may consider the project completed.
If an issue is identified after delivery, the client should contact Next Retouch as soon as reasonably possible with details of the requested correction.
11. File Formats and Delivery
Final files will normally be delivered in the format agreed upon with the client.
Depending on the project, files may be delivered through email, cloud storage, file transfer services, online platforms, or another agreed delivery method.
The client is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that they can access and download the delivered files.
12. Client Files and Confidentiality
Client files submitted to Next Retouch are treated as confidential business materials.
We use client files primarily to provide the requested services.
We will not intentionally sell or distribute client files to unrelated third parties for their own commercial purposes.
Access to project files may be limited to personnel or service providers who require access to complete the project.

13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client remains responsible for the intellectual property rights in the original images and materials supplied to Next Retouch.
Upon full payment for the agreed service, the client may use the final edited images for the purposes agreed upon between the client and Next Retouch.
Next Retouch does not claim ownership of the client's original photographs merely because we provide editing services.
Next Retouch retains ownership of its own:
- Internal processes
- Editing techniques
- Templates
- Workflows
- Software configurations
- Business materials
- Proprietary methods
14. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Next Retouch may request permission to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, or promotional content.
Client work will not be used for promotional purposes where the client has specifically requested confidentiality or where a separate confidentiality agreement prohibits such use.
If you do not want your completed project used for promotional purposes, please inform us before or during the project.
15. Prohibited Content
Clients must not knowingly submit content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Next Retouch may refuse or discontinue work involving content that we reasonably believe is:
- Illegal
- Fraudulent
- Intended to facilitate unlawful activity
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Abusive or threatening
- Intended to deceive or impersonate another person
- Otherwise inappropriate for our services
16. Third-Party Services
Next Retouch may use third-party services for hosting, file transfer, communication, payment processing, storage, website operation, or other business functions.

20. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the project and the agreed payment terms.
Where a problem is caused by Next Retouch and cannot reasonably be corrected through revisions, we may consider an appropriate remedy.
Refunds are not automatically available for:
- Changes in personal preference after approval
- Incorrect client instructions
- Failure to provide required information
- Client cancellation after substantial work has been completed
- Delays caused by the client
- Failure to download delivered files
- Changes to requirements after production begins
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Next Retouch will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our services.
Our responsibility relating to a particular project will generally be limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where applicable law does not permit such limitation.
Clients should maintain appropriate backups of their original files.
22. Force Majeure
Next Retouch will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These may include:
- Natural disasters
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Power outages
- Government actions
- War or civil unrest
- Cyberattacks
- Major technical failures
- Third-party service outages
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control
